St. Petersburg should be renamed, a Russian presidential candidate has said Nikolay Kharitonov, the Communist candidate for the Russian presidency, has endorsed a referendum to decide whether to rename St. Petersburg as Leningrad again and vowed to give Volgograd its old name – Stalingrad.
