Russia doesn’t threaten non-hostile countries, presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said Moscow has dismissed as “groundless” concerns voiced by the Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban about once-again sharing a border with Russia. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Wednesday that Russia poses no threat to any state that is not hostile to it.
