The conflict will conclude once Kiev is ready to negotiate, the head of the State Duma Defense Committee has said Moscow’s military offensive in Ukraine could come to an end if Kiev agrees to negotiate, the head of Russia’s State Duma Defense Committee Andrey Kartapolov claimed on Wednesday.

Applications from any interested groups will be considered, party leader Gennady Zyuganov said Russia’s Communists are inviting all “patriotic left” factions in the country to unite under its banner, the party’s leader, Gennady Zyuganov, has proclaimed.
